Understandably, people are often really passionate about the businesses they work for or started themselves. Sometimes, this is about the property their business is located in, in other situations, particularly for very long-standing businesses, it is about finding out more about the origins and life story of their company – including the people who started it.
Knowing more about these things can be tremendously satisfying, but it can often be fantastically useful in helping your business to reach out to markets and new customer bases. By rooting your business in its past and its longevity, you can showcase its great decision making, its integrity, its ability to adapt and also its place and respect for its community.
Businesses can reveal their history to customers in multiple ways – through their websites, by brochures, via books in waiting rooms, through displays on the walls….the possibilities are fairly endless. Ironically of course, people running businesses are often far too busy to do this work alone – but I can help you with this.
