The ‘Book of Residents’ - Coffee Table Books

This is a highly professional and beautifully finished book detailing the lives of the people who have lived in your house. Each family is written into its own chapter, containing information on their lives, occupations, births, deaths, marriages, children and details on all life events that are available to the conscientious historical detective.

As well as the written stories of their lives, it is stunningly illustrated with the photos and documents that have either been uncovered in the project or provided by you. Premium versions also contain an introductory chapter on the history of the geographical location of your home, which places your home in its local and historical context.

Price

I work on a daily rate, meaning you decide on the budget in advance. From this I will advise you on what can be achieved for the number of research days you have decided to invest in the project. It will take around three days to complete the preparatory archive and library work needed to discover the names and jobs of your home’s previous residents, but from there things can become really quite flexible. Some clients like an in-depth profile of all the former residents, some like to just focus on a select few.
